You must be 18+ and reside in Kenya. Staff accounts (vendor, rider, customer service, admin) are issued by Mama Luxe.
Mama Luxe is a marketplace. We vet partners but services are delivered by independent vendors and riders. We are not liable for partner conduct beyond what Kenyan consumer law requires.
All prices are in KES and include applicable taxes. M-Pesa, card and Mama Luxe wallet are accepted. Disputes must be raised within 7 days.
No fraud, harassment, illegal items, or attempts to circumvent platform fees.
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may close yours via Delete my account.
Republic of Kenya. Disputes settled in Nairobi courts.
