1. Who we are

Mama Luxe Concierge ("we", "us") is a Nairobi-based concierge platform connecting customers with vetted vendors, riders and professionals. We are a data controller under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.

2. Data we collect

Account: name, phone, email, password hash, role.
Profile: addresses, medical info (if you opt in), household members.
Orders: bookings, payments, ratings, chat messages, location during active jobs.
Device: IP, app version, push tokens, error logs.

3. How we use it

To fulfil orders, process payments, dispatch riders, support you, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data.

4. Sharing

With vendors/riders assigned to your job (minimum needed), payment processors (M-Pesa, card), and authorities when legally required.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your data. Contact privacy@mamaluxe.co.ke or use Delete my account.

6. Retention

We keep order and tax records for 7 years as required by Kenyan law. Other personal data is deleted within 30 days of account closure.
